How partnership works

From first call to live referrals.

How long does it take to go live?

Most hospitals go live within a few weeks of the first briefing, depending on training and any system connections.

Do we need new hardware?

No. The Hospital Console works in a web browser on the computers your team already uses.

Can we keep our own ambulances?

Yes. RISA adds to your fleet and handles overflow, transfers and night cover as agreed.

Who is our contact at RISA?

A named partnership manager, supported by the 24x7 command centre.

Is there a commitment period?

Partnership terms are agreed with each hospital. Ask the team for details.
