Our story
Built for the moment a family cannot wait
In an emergency, the hardest part is often not knowing. Which number to call, which ambulance is coming, whether it carries the right care and whether the hospital is ready.
RISA began in Gujarat in 2019 to answer those questions. We brought trusted ambulance operators onto one network, checked every vehicle and crew against one standard, and gave families and hospitals a live view of every ride. Today that network answers around the clock in three cities, and it is built to grow across India.
